Next step for you would be to book the flying tickets and send us the details so that we can organize the driver to wait for you at the airport and take you directly to the clinic (if you are inpatient) or to the hotel in case of outpatient option. We also provide transportation to the airport at the end of the treatment.
Every day patients come to the clinic around 10 am (except on the day when they have stem cells therapy (on that day usually a little bit earlier) and stay until 4/5 pm depending on the plan for that day. However, doctors always tell you in advance when to come on the next day. Of course, our driver would pick you up from the hotel and take you back when you finish the therapy. When you come, you can have breakfast and start with the therapies.
Meals for the patient are included in the price. If patient is coming with an accompanying person, we can offer meals in the clinic for her/him. First day meals are free of charge and then she/ he can decide. Prices: breakfast 10 euro, lunch 20 euro, dinner 10 euro. Every day our cook will come to ask you what you would like for lunch. If you have any special requirements they will be taken into consideration. Accompanying person pays for meals on the last day of the treatment.
special wide-profile blood and urine tests to reveal all misbalances in the body (tests on hormonal, immunological, inflammatory body’s profile, levels of vitamins, minerals, presence of heavy metals, toxins and etc.);
for improvement of nourishing and oxygenation of the tissues and for enhancement of the results. Therapies usually finish around 4/5 pm. Nurses will prepare evening therapy for you and explain how to take it. Doctors give their advice and explain what expects you on the next day. In case you need any help or have questions when you go back to the hotel, you will be provided with the telephone number of the shift on duty. Our doctors will be available for you 24/7.
Shortly, on the day of stem cells therapy you will come a little bit earlier around 9 am without having breakfast. We will take blood sample. After that you will prepare for the procedure, nurses will take you to your room and give you our pajama and slippers to put on and then take you to the operation room. You will be sedated for 30-45 minutes (it will be a medical sleep, not deep anesthesia with intubation, as we use new generation anesthetics). In case of bone marrow stem cells therapy, our doctor will do the puncture of the iliac(hip)bone with a needle just 1 cm where the bone is closest to the skin and aspirate around 60ml up to 100 ml of bone marrow liquid and take it to our laboratory where our stem cells specialist and biologist start with the laboratory work.
They need to separate stem cell, assess their number, quality and concentration, mix them with blood factors, activate together in laser activator and after 6-7 hours of laboratory work stem cells are ready to be transplanted back to your body intravenously, in an IV drip. In the meantime, you will be awake in our intensive care unit under monitoring and observation. You will have your breakfast and wait until doctors finish their work in laboratory and in the end receive stem cells transplant intravenously (IV drip). After receiving stem cells, you will have rest and doctors will again assess your condition, give recommendations in case you are going to hotel, or sometimes they may suggest to spend the night in the clinic just in case.
